Membership Dues: $6,105.00 per year Golf Membership Dues: $4,984.00 per year
(plus 6.5% tax, or $5307.96) Tennis Membership Dues: $1,100.00 per year (plus
6% tax, or $1,171.50) Dues
are billed in two equal installments; payable in October and January.
Common Area Maintenance: $250.00

A $2,000.00 refundable deposit is paid at closing. This will be placed in
a Reserve account for funding future fixed asset replacements and will be refunded
to the member when the property is sold. The
cost of a Golf Membership is $40,000. The Golf Assessment (20% of the current
Golf Membership Fee) is $8,000. The Club will disburse 100% of the Golf Membership
Fee to the seller, and retain the Golf Assessment. The transfer fee is $532.50
per equity. The
cost of a Tennis Membership is $5,000. The Tennis Assessment (20% of the current
Tennis Membership Fee) is $1,000. The Club will disburse 100% of the Tennis Membership
Fee to the seller, and retain the Tennis Assessment. The transfer fee is $532.50.
The cost
of a Social Membership is $20,000. When the property is sold, $12,000 is refunded
to the Seller. The social membership is attached to each home in Polo, and must
be transferred at the closing. The transfer fee is $532.50. All first-time purchasers
will pay a non-refundable New Member Charge in the sum of $10,000 payable upon
closing of the real estate transaction. New
Construction : Social membership is $20,000. There is an additional one-time fee
at closing on a new home for a working social contribution of $1018.00 and a working
capital contribution of $330.00. A transfer fee for the social membership is not
charged. |
